Pedalboard Case for 8–10 Guitar Effects Pedals
The pedalboard case for 8–10 guitar effects pedals is made of 6.5 mm laminated plywood and features a foam insert that securely holds the equipment in place. To begin operation, simply remove the top cover and use the lower section of the case as the working base.

The pedalboard case is designed to accommodate, transport, and operate guitar effects pedals. The design allows the equipment to be used without removing the pedalboard from the case.

- The enclosure is made of 6.5 mm laminated plywood.
- The case is designed to accommodate 8–10 guitar effects pedals.
- The pedal mounting area measures 700 × 400 mm.
- The external dimensions of the case are 756 × 456 mm.
- The enclosure height is 220 mm.
- The design consists of a lower working section and a removable top cover.
- The hardware includes 2 recessed latches and 1 surface-mounted handle.
- The lower section and side of the case are equipped with 8 feet.
- A foam insert for the pedalboard is provided inside.
- The top cover includes a foam insert that holds the pedalboard in place without touching the controls.
- During transportation, the case can be placed either on its bottom or on its side.
Custom Design
BOXO designs pedalboard cases based on the customer’s equipment and requirements. The enclosure dimensions, working area, interior configuration, material, and hardware are selected according to the number and arrangement of the guitar effects pedals.
For a set of 8–10 pedals, a custom case can be manufactured with a removable top cover, a lower working section, and a foam insert that secures the pedalboard.
Additional Information
The case can be made from materials with a thickness of 4, 6, 9, or 12 mm: laminated plywood, PVC-coated plywood, lightweight plastic, or composite aluminum, in any required color.
